You will receive a PC Check Special every 6 months = $130 value
This includes: System Analysis, Virus Scan, Removal of Unnecessary Files, Removal of Unused Programs, Removal of Erroneous start-up Files, Hard Drive Scan, Removal of Trojan Spyware, Cleaning of CD Rom Laser Lens, Cleaning of Floppy Drive, Cleaning of mouse rollers.
10% Discount On Hourly Rates
You will receive a 10% discount off our normal hourly labor fees for any computer work that is not covered by the PC Check Special.
No Service Charge
No service charge/call-out fee/travel charge for any on-site visit.
Priority Scheduling
We will schedule your service calls ahead of our non-ReCAP customers. If your computer breaks down, we will bump your call to the top and you will receive first priority service.
Free Telephone Support (up to 15 mins per incident)
Free phone support (up to 15 minutes per incident). If you run into a problem, we are a phone call away to help you solve your problem.

Free E-mail support. Just send us an email with your support problems or requests, and we will respond with possible solutions and advice.
